Took 4-5 seconds delay trying start car (cold start)

Myy car is only 6 months old and I'm noticing it takes about 4-5second to start the car (cold start only). Is this normal?

Not sure. Has something to do with the lower level of fuel possibly making it more difficult for the fuel delivery system to pump fuel. It's a "characteristic" owners have reported including myself since our first low volume tank. Being on an incline plays a role too. I keep it above and quarter and starts quickly, but the odd tank I go below, the cranks increase.
