Aimed higher!
So last night I finally adjusted/re-aimed my headlights up. I did 20 notches up (counter clockwise) from where I was originally at and it made a world of difference. I can see much further down the road. I don't think it's aimed too high, I took it for a spin (about 15 minutes) to see if anyone would high beam me, but so far no one. At red lights, I was behind Corolla sized vehicles and the cut off line does not even hit the lower part of their back window. I will continue to observe anyone high beaming me.

Is it possible for you to take a photo of the screw that you need to adjust?

Top view of the engine bay on the left side.
Closer up where the adjustment screw is.
This is how you insert the screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw.
Top view of the engine bay on the right side.
Close up of the adjustment screw.
Here's how to adjust it.

If you noticed in those pics of the screws / slots to adjust the height of the lights up & down, that off white nut on the back is for a socket! I just used a 1/4" small socket wrench to adjust my headlights / triple
headlights. Much easier than using the screw driver turns!
When I got my F sport, the lights were very low. The right one was VERY low, so I turned them up & lined them up against a wall & they are WAY better & no "High beam" flash flashes at me
from on coming traffic. I haven't notice blinding any one when I'm behind them, so all is good. I think they must ship these SUV's w/ low adjusted LED's because they are so powerful! Hope this helps
