The thing about leather which is normal as you pointed out is some degree of wrinkles where it has been stretched to fit. My opinion of yours is that it is normal and to enjoy it as it. Mine too has similar wrinkles all around the steering wheel near the stitching in the 10-2 position not just on my NX, but on the IS and RC.
Here's Lexus' newest steering wheel design found on some of the latest Lexus models including the 90K LX and this 60K RX F SPort.... with wrinkles.
Don't sweat it, enjoy yours and if you're remotely concerned about cracking along those wrinkles, look into a quality leather conditioner: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/aut...s-leather.html
