Both me and my wife both have iPhones and the NX always connects to her phone but my phone has all the music on it. It seems very difficult to switch which phone it picks. Is there a way that will make it always connect to mine first? Today it would not connect to the audio part of my phone at all without rebooting car. Very anoying. It should ask you which device you want to use when it sees them both.

I haven't paired 2 on the NX but on other Lexus and Toyota models I've had it appeared the last one connected got connected again. You might try the fob personalization if you have not set that up, and see if the phone is included in the driver profile. We have a new Acura and it does not include the phone despite including radio, climate, seat, mirrors, etc.

Both my wife's phone and mine are paired. Usually, the car plays the last one connected. If that phone is not in the car, it plays nothing until I select the other phone. Occasionally, it will switch to the opposite phone. I haven't fiqured out what I'm doing right (or wrong). I also agree, switching phones is harder than it should be.

Both me and my wife have iPhones paired with the car. When ever we both go in the car it always connects to mine which is good.. Since I mainly use it I first paired my iPhone and after weeks my wife's so I I don't know if this has to do anything with it... Or it could be that I enter the car from the drivers side faster .. Sometimes.. Maybe.. But I don't think so because we both have entered at the same time and still it connects to mine.. You could also switch off Bluetooth via iPhone control panel in the device you don't want it to connect to..
try erasing both devices.. And then pair yours first and your wife's second.. maybe it keeps priority..

It has worked erratically for me. We have both my phone and my wife's phone paired. It usually connects to the last one used. However, I had situations where the BT connected to my phone while I was the passenger. My wife dropped me off the car and continued. Her phone did not auto-connect when mine was not in the car anymore. She switched the engine off then on and it still did not connect. She parked the car, went shopping and when she started the car again then the BT connected to her phone...
