Not a good idea to let the dealers wash your car. Many of them tend to use those nasty brushes on your surface. Some dealers even have their own automatic car washes that will scratch your paint and cause swirls. Everytime i visit the dealer for a service i just tell them not to wash my car.

Now I wash my car with this Rain X High Foaming Car Wash. But I never really chose a shampoo, I usually take something cheaper. It is much more important to choose good polish and rags for rubbing.
