Ya, both have parking assist.
2018 only shows up on the dash instrumental screen
2019 shows on both the dash and navi monitor.

This problem is when the car is in D. When in R, both shows up on navi screen + dash display

 

The 19 seems having a better and bigger proximity sensor display in the center of screen. It also shows all angles.
