California duster?
hi all, using liquid glass gives me the most incredible shine ever on my white f-sport. However, I am now noticing that dust seems to be attracted to the paint...😳☹️
I have a California duster, and was wondering if anyone uses these to lightly dust their paint..and if so, does it leave scratches on the paint? I'm being a bit **** about this car..it replaced my loved 1999 RX I owned since new. I want this NX to look show room new as long as possible...

I used to enjoy calif duster on my older cars and it worked fine. I purchased another calif duster for the NX after I used liquid glass, but I am not happy with it now.
Leaves a residue of wax sometimes, especially on glass. So now between hand washes, I use Mother's Instant Detail. and micro fiber clothes.

Thank you...I will try the instant detail one thing. I did read to place a new California duster on newspaper for a few days...maybe to absorb some of the wax? I haven't tried that yet, I'm a lil scared to use it on my new car...

I've used California dusters for many years. I"ve learned to buy the ones without the paraffin (wax). That way, I can dust the windshield (windscreen) and other glass without smudges and streaks.
Tip: Buy two dusters and use one exclusively for the wheels. The reason is that when you dust the wheels, you'll get brake dust on the duster. Brake dust is small metallic particles and you don't want to scrape the rest of your NX's body and paint with metallic dust/particles.
