Greetings everyone,
I'm currently in the market for a 2017 Lexus NX200t FSport. I found a dealer in PA that has a white exterior / rioja red interior model in stock that appears to have the BSM system installed, yet doesn't have the Luxury Package, or Navigation Package. Is this accurate? As per the website, here is a list of the featured equipment:

Just out of curiosity, why do you doubt or perhaps question the information provided by the dealer's website?
i see nothing that makes me question the information you provided. It does sound like a pretty basic model so you I would hope you could strike a good deal on it. Since I dislike the f-sport seats (and my wife hates them) we weren't looking at f-sports so I don't know if they build many f-sports in this configuration. They do not generally configure hybrids in such a basic configuration so my experience may not relate to your concerns. Can you be more specific about what it is you are doubting about the dealer's information?

Based on my understanding (and according to the build your Lexus application on the Lexus website), one needs to add the Luxury and Navigation Package to obtain the BSM. Wasn't sure if the dealer website contained an error.

I believe "options" can also vary by area, I've had a couple Lexus models with one off options that were not listed on the configurator as separate, but were on the window sticker as separate items. Maybe the dealer could email a picture of the sticker?
