If the tires you listed are the same diameter and only different widths, you should be ok. If the diameter is different, it could cause issues with the antilock brakes, antiskid and other systems.

Get something where it's squared, same for front AND back like echo mentioned above.
Get the 245/45/20 front and back. It's oem like a venza.
