will it throw off all the safety features/camera warnings in 17 nx?

I seriously doubt it. I've lowered my past Lexus vehicles and '17 IS is being lowered next month on coilovers. I have no concerns. If you have any doubts, load up the NX with 5 people and full cargo and drive.

I'm lowered on RSR springs and all my features work fine

One thing to add though, if US models had AVS, possibly a different story since the AVS is tied to the vehicle stability and traction control systems if you were to go with coilovers. But springs no problem.

What about alignment issues? Was the shop you went to able to zero out camber?
