how to modify a radio preset station

I have set radio presets which I want to change to a different station, and there are some radio presets I want to delete. How do I do that? The person I spoke to at lexus advised you cannot delete a preset. You can however override a previously set station. tune to the station, then hover and click on preset number.

he's right...once you set a station, you can't "eliminate" it to nothing. There is a setting to limit the amount of displayed stations. That should help.
