Enform Pandora volume defaults to 23?

For some reason, whenever restarting my car the Enform Pandora connects but defaults the volume to 23 regardless of what the volume was when turning off the car. Is there a way to change this?

Check the volume on your phone. Seems like I remember one time I could not get good volume. Went in to my phone setting under sound and it would play higher volume
