So I'm checking out the new Toyotas & noticed they have many advanced features.
A 2017 RAV4 has more features than my 2015 NX.
Kind of got me confused cause I didn't think that a Toyota would surpass my Lexus in features/conveniences in just 2 years.
Am I wrong to think this?

RAV4 was recently updated. The 2018 NX refresh will surpass or match the RAV4 in features. Features aren't the only thing that defines a luxury car. The NX is still more refined and better NVH management.

If I remember correctly, 2017 is when Toyota / Lexus decided to make all safety feature standard. So your 2015, even my 2016 lacks some safety features the 2017 has, example Lane Departure for F-Sport.

Interesting, I know the option packages are limited in the US due to maintaining the lower prove point. Most of the new options are and have been available in Canada and other markets.
