I purchased a 2017 NX300h a few months ago. I noticed vs. my 2011 Toyota Sienna that the audio isn't as clear (lot of echo) and phone calls drop off a lot more. It is really annoying. Has anyone else had an issue?

 

Mine is actually much better, both for me and those with whom I talk, than the bluetooth on my 2008 IS250.

 

Of course I can't compare my 2017 F-Sport bluetooth with your Sienna, but so far it has been flawless for phone calls and playing the recordings on my phone through the car's speakers...and it's much clearer than my 11 year old RX.
