Can I take my nx to toyato dealer?
I need to take my vehicle to a dealer shop to take 15000 maintenance and it seems like $ 270 in my local lexus dealer shop.
Some people said I can go to a toyota dealer shop to get that maintenance with low cost and same quality.
is that true? or do you recommend me to go to lexus ?

Yes, you can use your local Toyota dealer. They will even enter the service into your history. For warranty repairs, you will need to go to Lexus dealer. My local Lexus dealer offers enough coupons and discounts that it really doesn't compel me to slum it and go to my local Toyota dealer.
Also, the 15K mile service is really just a tire rotation...up to you if you want to pay dealer prices for that service or just go to your local tire shop. My family and I have "skipped" these in-between intervals and just had tire shops rotate the tires for free, without any issues with warranty.

You can and as dchar stated you need just a tire rotation. You can still go to your Lexus dealer and state you just want a tire rotation. They will try to up sell you on the 15,000 maintenance that you do not need. I never go in and ask for the 15,000 or 30,000 mile schedule. Every 10,000 miles an oil change and tire rotation is needed. At the Lexus dealership this should be less than $100. Every 30,000 miles the brake fluid needs to be changed and again about $100. Every 20,000 miles change the air and cabin filters. This combined takes five minutes and the air filter can be bought on line at Lexus Parts World for $18. The cabin air filter can be bought at Walmart for $18, It is the Fram Fresh Breeze #10285 with carbon and baking soda to filter the air. Wiper blade inserts again can be bought at Lexus Parts World for $20 for both refills and takes five minutes to replace. You are done until 100,000 miles. At Lexus Parts World use cl5 in the promo code for 10% discount. If you go in and ask for the 10,000, 20,000 30,000 maintenance you will be paying big bucks for a lot more items you do not need checked and inspected. Once a year replace the key fob battery cr2032. Keep receipts for everything. I take my oil filter and 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 purchased at Walmart for $24 to my local Toyota dealer and they charge me $20 labor.

I've had work on my Lexus vehicles done at the local Toyota dealership for about 15 years, and the cost of doing so has typically been 1/2 or less of what the Lexus dealer would have charged for the same work.
For example, when I get oil changes done at the Toyota dealer, the cost for a full synthetic oil change is $40 (with a coupon that is always available), and the Toyota dealer uses the same oil and filters that would have been used at the Lexus dealer.
A number of years ago, I had a leak in the AC refrigerant line on my GX. The Lexus dealer told me that the entire line needed to be replaced, and they quoted me $1800 for the job. The Toyota dealer quoted me $800 for the same repair, but they also said that, instead of replacing the entire refrigerant line, just replacing the bad fitting which was the source of the leak should be sufficient. They replaced that fitting and recharged the system. The cost was well under $200, and the repair has held up for over 6 years.
It should be noted, though, that some Toyota dealers may refuse to work on Lexus dealers. I've seen reports that, in some cities where there are Toyota and Lexus dealers who share common ownership, the Toyota dealers might refuse to work on Lexus vehicles. It may also be the case that, even if the Toyota and Lexus dealerships don't share the same ownership, they might have some sort of agreement not to work on each other's vehicles, but most Toyota dealers will work on Lexus vehicles, use the same parts, and charge a fraction of what the Lexus dealers would charge.
