Hi guys. I’ve noticed that the TSB posted here for the buzzing regulator valve is for Canada market only. Anybody able to verify that this TSB can be used for US market as well?

Had the water pump on my 15 NX replaced around the same mileage as well under warranty. Hopefully they installed a better non-defective pump.

Problems:
- Engine vibration at idle
- Nav screen coating deteriorates
- Defective Vaccum Regulator Valve - causing buzzing/humming noise from engine
- L&R strut mounts - creaking sound when steering the car hard left or right, more pronounced when carrying more weight
- Rattles here and there

Recalls:
- Auto parking brake
- ABS actuator
My 2015 NX 300h is just over 4 years old with 31000 miles. I’ve never had to take it in for a service problem.
I now have a 2020 NX 300h on order. 👍

I also have the noise on the left driver door and it goes away when I put pressure on the door.

dealership insulated the door but the issue never went away.

Default So far so good

I just got the 2020 NX 300. I love it. It’s my first Lexus. I have enjoyed the whole process from purchase to current ownership so far. Fingers crossed it continues. 🤞

Our 2015 NX200t AWD certified pre-owned just turned 100k miles, and no issues so far. Had the parking break recall fixed right after we got it, and just regular services, and recently new tires is all. NX has been pretty reliable and averaging 23.8mph over that time.

This may not be too helpful, but I had no problems with NX200t for after two years and 12,000 miles.

I recall seeing posts of early model year NX's completing 100k without any issues. Couple of outliers/flukes exist. (those who had some minor/major issue). I think now the question is will this thing do 200k miles ??

I just traded a 2015Nx for a 2020 and had absolutely no issues with the 2015.

Default Parking assist

So today I drove in *snow* for the first time with my 2020 NX . The parking assist sensors do not like to be covered! The alerts and dings I got while I was driving- not parking, were enough to make me turn it off completely. Sheesh.

I had the same issue today. Welcome to showy Halloween in Chicago area. You can silent alert - click on the speaker icon in lower right corner of the screen when alert is displayed.

Thank you. I will try that. At first I panicked bc I had no idea what the alert even was. Thankfully the screen tells you and you don’t just have to guess what the symbols mean.
