I've had the rear suspension squeak for a few months, although I didn't recognize as such until recently. It sounded exactly like it was coming from the back seat behind the driver and only noticed at low speed. I'm pleased to report that that silicone spray in the right spot, as noted in post 129 (Rear suspension noise - Page 9 - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion) fix it. I sprayed it in the evening and let it sit overnight. No more squeak.
