Hey, Guys!

I own NX200T, 2016, have 22000 km on it.

Today, I was driving on a bad road that had several potholes, and I noticed that something makes a rattle sound from the passenger side. Whether a belt or a seat, not sure what it is.

I let my wife behind the wheel and tried to listen for the sound myself. I tried to play with a seat and belt holder in many ways, but the sound does not go away. There is still a sound of something creaking like plastic is rubbing.

Who had the similar problem? Would you mind telling me how to get rid of that sound?

Does it sound like a tick from behind the driver's seat on the left side? I hear that sound, but have not been able to locate the source.

Yes, similar sound. My dealer told me here that this sound is normal and is acceptable and there is nothing they can do about it.

Try changing the backrest angle one notch on the back seat.
