Can you describe a little bit more about what the problem is? I can't connect your first picture to your second one.
Are you trying to show that the fabric cover that is attached to the fixed and the moveable part of the steering column has detached?
If so, all you need to do is to get it to your dealer to get them to reattach it if you cannot do it yourself.

NX steering is very sensitive. NX will never behave like some cars (good ones) that have positive "zero" at 12-o'clock steering wheel - car always tends to come back and stay in straight line.
I also had issue with drifting. First, make sure tire pressure is exactly the same in all 4 tires. If the car is still pulls to one side. ask dealer to check alignment. I did and dealer made very slight adjustment/correction. That was enough to correct pulling issue. Good luck.
