Yes, one of my Audi had it, the dealer said it was bad lamination from the factory and replace it under warranty.

 

I'm taking my NX300 in Thursday to have them inspect my sparkly windshield . I just bought the car 2 weeks ago and there is still warranty on it. I am hopeful Lexus will replace it as it is very distracting when driving.
