I have 2019 NX300 F without Nav, Is this the correct file? Do I just extract all the files except that pdf file into a USB. and then follow all steps in that PDF?
Yes, that's the right package for your model. You can keep the pdf there. It didn't matter for me. Have the pdf somewhere so you can follow the instruction while the USB is plugged in

No. Folders should remain and just be in root of USB drive. You just have to extract zip file to root of USB drive with no other files on the USB drive except what is in the zip file.
Does not work on 2018 NX300. Installed app on iPhone and also installed a new Enform software update available today. I was able to then enable the Alexa app under the Enform app catalog on the car but the app does not show on the apps menu and therefore you can’t open it. Perhaps a software bug that will be addressed soon. Also hope this can be used while CarPlay is active otherwise you can always call Google Assistant via Siri but your phone needs to be unlocked or Siri won’t open Google Assistant which sucks.

Looks like after I started the car again I was able to finish setting up Alexa and looks like it’s working. But it only works if the phone is connected via Bluetooth won’t work when CarPlay is active which is unfortunate. You still have the option of using Google Assistant via CarPlay just sucks that it won’t work while the phone is locked.
Took car in for its 10K/1YR service and asked for the CarPlay update since Enform stinks. Never asked about cost of the update and they didn't charge for it.
