Just registered :-) I have a 2018 Facelift NX300h Luxury Edition and faced the same problem. As I understood all Lexus are built in Japan - so, we may all face the same issues worldwide (I'm from Germany).
I used the app "Carista" with their OBD2 dongle to change that setting. You can choose from "Tilt +3 to Tilt -3" to change it - I had to crank that on full to level it.
The app is running on Android and iOS.
Hope this may help.
Cheers!

I would strongly suggest to all of you with the issue to contact your dealer so we can have the "weight of the group" with this ...
I did it and it was the first time they heard about it but obviously there are a lot of you guys out there with the same issue ...
The situation was brought to the attention of my dealer in Laval, Quebec, Canada call "Lexus Laval" which you might want to refer to.
They started a request to the engineering group .... but more and more of you guys pushing it to the dealer should bring them to look into it with more attention
Thanks for your support

Same here. 2018 NX 300. Tilted... Talked to Lexus Canada on Thursday. They said I was normal.... I got quite upset to receive this type of answer. Grrrrr. Going to my dealer on Monday to address the issue.

email from Lexus Canada:
Thank you very much for contacting our office.
At this time, unfortunately we are able confirm that the HUD speed limit display in your 2018 NX 300 is not available as the current version of LSS+ Lexus Safety System in your vehicle is not compatible with road signs in Canada.
In addition, as discussed during our phone conversation, the angle at which the HUD is displayed was determined to be a normal characteristic of the design of this vehicle.
Unacceptable. Very BAD Lexus Canada

I am having the same issue with my 2019 NX in Japan. My dealer said this was normal but apparently it is not. The right side is higher than the left.
I am subscribed to get the solution.
