LEXUS NX Water leaking into driver and passenger floor
The driver side, right knee and the passenger side, left knee, is leaking water to the point it is flooding my floor. I have called the Alexandrai, VA dealership to assist with locating the valve to drain the backup or to supply the location of the AC drain tube but havent recieved anything. What should I do here?

Is it under warranty? Raise hell at dealership.
My safe bet is it is actually windshield leak. AC drain won't leak into driver side. Or, moonroof leak, dripping down pillars A on both sides.

Thanks for the welcome! So far I love the car....my idea was that the A/C is backing up due to the drain valve being clogged. The car is at the dealership and I think the suggestions so far have been incredible! Ill keep you all posted.

Response from Dealership
Good Afternoon All,
Turns out it was the evaporator/drain tube for the A/C. Dealership wants $330 for the part and labor....I cant believe they even offered me that as an option...SO....they state it is not covered under warranty and a spider crawled in created the blockage. Tell me why they cannot blow compressed air and send me home?
Respectfully,
Nick

Well, AC drain is on passenger side. Unless AC heat exchanger is right above the center of the driveshaft well, and then it leaks equally to both foot wells. At least, you have some diagnosis. I'd call around indy shops and ask how much they will charge for getting car up on the lift and blowing tube with air hose. Unless, of course, Lexus uses only Lexus World Standard Compressed Air and not using it voids warranty.

The telltale here is if there is little or no water draining under the car when the AC has been running. The AC drain on Lexus cars are not easily accessible. If you do locate it, I suggest sending a blast of compressed air to clear the clog.
