Salve ho una lexus NX 300,volevo sapere se ci sono miglioramenti prestazionali con la 100.grazie

I'll translate the OP's italian post. He wants to know whether there are improvements with an even higher octane rating going from 95 to 100. In Europe, 95 octane I believe is the equivalent to 91 here in N.America and 100 is probably 93-94 octane.

You do not want to use a low octane petrol in turbo charged direct injection high compression engine. Use what it is designed for - 92 or equivalent.
