To do what?
30K includes brake fluid flush. You need Techstream to do that. I literally this morning did that. Local Toyota, $157. They quoted 195 after tax, but I'm such a nioce guy, he knocked it down to 157.
Oil change you can do anywhere else.
Don't forget they want spark plugs at 40K.
Service guy was "raised eyebrows" on the fluid. He shined light at it, said - it's in perfect condition, are you sure? I said - nope, but I don't want Lexus to give me grief down the road that brakes warranty is void because fluid was not changed.

Naahh, don't be silly. Read maintenance guide from Lexus.
You will NOT be able to do brake fluid flush without Techstream. Don't even attempt. If you bust brake actuator, it's gonna cost you much much more than $500 Lexus or $157 Toyota.
The rest is surely DIY items. Oil change, maybe some filters. POC.

• Replace engine oil and oil filter (0W-20)• Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
• Replace air conditioner filter
• Replace brake fluid
• Replace engine air filter
• Replace smart key battery* (?????)
• Reset maintenance reminder light
• Road test vehicle
• Check installation of driver's floor mat* (LMAO)
• Inspect axle shaft boots
• Inspect ball joints and dust covers
• Inspect body
• Inspect brake lines and hoses
• Inspect brake rotor thickness and runout
• Inspect engine coolant
• Inspect exhaust pipes and mounting
• Inspect fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses
• Inspect fuel tank cap gasket
• Inspect rack-and-pinion steering assembly
• Inspect steering linkage and boots
• Inspect transmission fluid (You can't, it's sealed transmission)
• Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors
