ask for fair price

Price for any item for sale in determined by one's willingness to pay X amount of money for it. That's it. All those calculators and estimators are for naive and, usually, are soft sale sponsored by manufacturers.
Set comfortable price and make offer. If dealer does not want to sell, nicely part with them. That's it. I guarantee you, next day it will NOT go up in price.
Also, keep in mind, they have QUOTA. And tomorrow is the last fiscal day of the year. If quota were not met, they become soft.
Ultimately, boils down to your budget, bargaining skill and desire to have a particular vehicle. All I know, any decision you make now, you'll regret it price wise in few weeks. When prices drop down.
here's example of good attitude to take at dealer bargaining.
If you watch this a bit longer, there is a wonderful moment in it. Sales guy asks BB - how much are you willing to pay for it? BB fires right away - a dollar. A dollar, that's what I'm willing to pay.
I think, dollar is a fair price for any car.
