interesting find on Alixpress
Not affiliated with this product at all, but for less than $40 CAD I thought it was worth a try.

It will probably take a couple of months to arrive, I'll post a follow up if anyone is interested.

Yep using techstream you can have the fob make the windows go down. Techstream doesn't allow the windows to be put up though from the keyfob. Which is kind of annoying since our mercedes does both.
I don't know if I'd want to keep another thing just plugged into the OBDII port. I wonder how it forces the windows up. Makes me wonder then why there isn't an option via techstream to do so...arg!
Djkb: what did you use to make the windows go up?

Wanted to update. I don't think this would work on US marketed NX's. I say this because of according to what I have found US marketed NX's ecu is coded in such a way that it's not like what Rest of World (ROW) get. The following from manual EU vs US:
"one factor might have been Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 118 (49 CFR §571.118), paragraph S4(d), which requires that a remote control for power windows must be “incapable of closing the power window [. . .] from a distance of more than 6 meters from the vehicle.”
In Europe (emphasis added):
■ Power windows and moon roof
Mechanical key linked operation (open)
Mechanical key linked operation (close)
Wireless remote control linked operation (open)
Wireless remote control linked operation (close)
Mechanical key, wireless remote control linked operation signal (buzzer)
In the U.S. (emphasis added):
■ Power windows and moon roof
Mechanical key linked operation (open)
Mechanical key linked operation (close)
Wireless remote control linked operation (open only)
Mechanical key, wireless remote control linked operation signal (buzzer)
So if you are in the US this more than likely will not work, but always open if someone wants to test.

Yeah, someone in the US will still have to verify this since I see the buyers are from the non-US and the pictures show RHD lexus.

I'm in Canada, and I ordered this item, so I'll post an update soon as I receive the product.

Update: It works as advertised. When the windows are down clicking the lock button on the key fob will raise any open window.
Now for the bad: my hazard lights flash whenever any door is open. I have emailed the seller.
