Frozen Display
Occasionally in the mornings when I back up from my garage the display freezes in "Check surroundings for safety". When this happens I cannot change the radio stations or use the display until I "reboot it" by turning the vehicle off and re-starting. It only happens when the reverse cameras are working and the park assist warning are sounding due to close-by objects. I left the vehicle at the dealer but they have not been able to reproduce the problem and since "there are several computers that could be causing it" they are not able to fix it.

Video record the issue. Several videos.
This is easily beyond a regular dealership tech pay level.
Present recording to service guy. Politely ask him to call Lexus USA and request a properly trained professional to be assigned to correct this.
Be persistent.

I took photos of the frozen display that included the dash showing the vehicle in "D" to the dealer. They say unless they can see the actual problem happening they cannot pinpoint were the problem is. The vehicle is still under warranty. As you suggest,I will request them to call Lexus USA since there is no possibility this problem has not happened before.

You might try doing a hard re-set of the infotainment system.
A hard re-set can be done by pressing one of the steering wheel buttons and holding it for about 20 seconds. The button that you press and hold is either the volume down button or the mode button. Sorry, but I don't remember which of those two it is, but, if you press and hold one of them and it doesn't re-boot the system, the other one will.
On the various CL model forums, a number of people have reported that doing a hard re-set of the system has solved a variety of problems, including screen freezes.

Seriously, shoot few videos. there is major difference between video and single shot. Also, ask them for Lexus USA area manager contact. He works for Lexus, not for dealership.
That's in case hard reboot does not work.

My entertainment system is intermittently rebooting. They could not duplicate, so no repair. I added a camera, gave them 2 videos. TAS(?) said that camera could be causing this and get rid of camera. This is 2013 GS with platinum warranty. It happens infrequently, they have the car for 5 days, cannot duplicate
Just saying, video seems like proof, but, apparently not in some cases.
