Have had much difficulty using Scout GPS eg turn by turn not working. Always got a message "usb not connected." Just discovered that the two USB ports could not be connected at the same time. I had my iPod touch connected to the second USB port. I disconnected it and turn by turn now works. What bothers me is that both the dealer and the tech support guy at Scout were not aware of this conflict. Even if I was not using the second port, just charging my iPod touch, that was enough to make turn by turn non-functioning
