Resetting TPMS?
after installing my new wheels/tires my TPMS hasn't reset itself. I did the steps on the in dash computer but it still shows -- on all 4 tires and no numbers. I did buy brand new OEM sensors to install in my new wheels, so they "should" work right? any ideas? hoping to save a trip to the dealer for them to program them.
oh, I do not get any warning lights on the dash, it just don't read the numbers. if that matters?

Did you program the new sensors for the new wheels? If you cloned the new sensors to match the sensors on the original wheels, everything should work fine. If the new sensors were not cloned to match the original sensors, you would need to have those new sensors registered with the car's computer, and you would need to do that every time you switch wheels.

TPMS on this car requires ECU programming for different sensor id's. The relearn in the cluster is for setting your normal pressure levels so it won't pop up the warning light if you aren't running the recommended pressure.
You can get an Autel TS501 (the one I have) or TS508 or the TS60x to do the programming yourself, takes about 2-3 minutes...scan all the tires in order, plug it in, punch a few buttons, job done.
