My 2016 NX has started making a squeak noise when I put it into drive from park in the afternoons when it's hot. I live in Florida so yes it's hot and humid every day. Anyone else heard this noise? The car has 42k miles right now.

Perhaps it's the electric parking/emergency brake disengaging as you shift out of park...your Lexus dealer will likely recognize the sound.

No, I turned that off years ago so that it doesn't work automatically. It's something from going from neutral to drive in the shifter inside the car.

Mine does same thing. But it’s intermittent so Buckley’s chance of getting sorted.
