Default Button for wireless charging?

Can one of you guys confirm what the button does for your wireless charging?

Is it purely for powering it on/off?

Does your phone once connected (sitting on the wireless charger) allow for any additional features such as access to the phones music?

Indeed its only function is to power on/off the charging process, which is automatically interrupted when the car is stopped.

The wireless charging system works by electrically energizing coils transmitting energy to the phone, which continues to work exactly as it would do when charging it by cable. Phone calls, music, messages etc. are transmitted to the car's infotainment system via bluetooth.

Yes, it's a wireless "Qi standard" charger manufactured by Panasonic.

I feel that the whole Qi charger feature has limited value for me.
If I had a phone that could use it (which I do not) it only provides a minimal charge rate.
Handy as Bluetooth is it has a bit less bandwidth for music playback, I use a cable on long drives.
Bluetooth is super handy for my errand trips with lots of in and out...
I don't use the cable and would not want to deal with the Qi tray either.
Can a Qi user kindly chime in and let us know what I am missing?
