Default Coilover Choices?

So, my NX is already lowered with RS-R springs on the stock dampers. It is fine but it's not as low as I really want. I would love to put it on air, would actually prefer it, but budget doesn't allow for that as we just sent our little girl to College this week so funds are not as ample as they used to be. Now I am thinking of coilovers, but I am at a loss. I don't know anything about them, except they are adjustable. That's about it. I can't find any brands out there except RS-R and Godspeed that has anything for our cars. Are there other brands and I just can't find them? I have searched and searched but come up empty. Need some help please!

back in the day....I have lowered and also lifted every vehicle I have owned except the nx...in the case of the nx I would pony up for the best lowered spring you can find as a coilover on nx will screw up computer. just my 2 cents

Hey,

Any reason you don't want RSR?

Well, no reason except they don't make the coilovers for the 2019 NX300. it seems their date range ends in 2017. I already have RS-R springs, and they are fine and all, I just want it lower.

You also have this option but you’ll have to work with a broker to import it in. Oh, and by the way, all suspension parts made for any year NX will fit but for 2018+ F Sport model, you’ll lose AVS function

if I use any coilovers I will lose the AVS option? I am guessing that it because I am changing the dampers too? Not sure I have AVS but I do have the Sport+ mode. Will that be affected?

Yes, you will lose AVS option but you can set the dampening the way you like it w coilovers. If you Nx is 2017, you won’t have AVS. AVS was introduced 2018
