Well it took a lot longer to charge. But it hit 100% this evening and I was able to start the car with no issues. I have a check engine light on so I'll need to read that code and see what it is. Thanks all for the input.

So just to close the loop. Battery took 1.5 whole days to charge but eventually it hit 100%. NX started just fine but had an engine light for traction control being turned off and to see the dealer. However, engine line and traction control message disappeared after a few hours of running errands. So far so good, maybe the computer reset itself after awhile. Thanks for all the input.
