Great news hope this is not limited to Australia only.
makes sense "NX - 1 September 2017 onwards" since those are the model has the Apple CarPlay update last year.
Hope someone will upload the files again we can do it for free![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

This might be good.. HOPEFULLY we get the files like we did with Apple Car play and not have to pay the outrageous $250 fee... I'm hoping someone on a Toyota forum posts up like before and hosts the files when the come available.. I'd donate again to the cause just for the fact it's saving us $$$!

Would this software update also add other new features? Such as Waze within Enform? That was new for 2020 I believe, along with traffic sign recognition.
According to this, it was previously only available on 2020 models:

Care to share the upgrade procedure which might help others?
Did you manage to enable both Apple Carplay and Android Auto with the same update?
Thanks

Mined without the navigation system are the Pioneer hardware. With navigation are the Panasonic 10".
Only Carplay, no Android Auto update yet for older models. I think only the new 2020 comes with both.

What Wallaceb meant was to run waze within Enform like YELP, iheartradio ect.. I think the benefit are the wireless you can feed data through Bluetooth without cable like Apple carplay.
