Today, I was driving and suddenly big red colored break symbol (not that small symbol) appeared on dashboard (where speedoometer, tire pressure etc.) is there. I googled and could not find anything, It went away in one second, anyone have any idea about that ? I assume it was a single lane curvy road and lexus thought there is a car in front of me and warned me, as I passed that car it went away. But just an assumption not sure.

There is an adjustment available for the Pre Collision System in the Driver Information Center.
Use the right steering wheel spoke "menu" button (three overlapping pages) and you will see (default) MPG.
Press the left side of the "four square" rocker to get into "set up". Top of the DIC will show a gear icon as with your phone.
Press the down side of the "four square" rocker to see PCS. Press the "white dot" button in the center of the four square.
Press down side to move to Sensitivity, the default Two (2) arcs. Press the white dot to cycle through three (3) choices.
One (1) arc and you have reduced the PCS sensitivity.

Same menu and controls can temporarily turn PCS off when you are tailgating drafting in traffic
but the default with every engine start is PCS on.
