Fixed!!
Just made an account to reply to this thread. I took off the windshield cover as per the instructions here, the Bolt on both sides were loose and simply tightening them resolved my issue on my 2020 NX300 FSport.
Lexus wanted $4000 CAD to replace my front struts and I paid $200 for a diagnostic.
Definitely spend 30 minutes and do these steps listed, its a lot easier than it sounds and has saved me a ton of money and frustration.
