I have an RX450h and I'm considering buying a used 2019 NX300 F-sport with roof damage. It looks like a previous owner had an encounter with a closing garage door.

The roof glass is scratched, the roof is dented in some places, the shark fin is broken off, and the rear spoiler is missing. The rest of the car is perfect. So my question is, How big a job is replacing the roof panel? I've looked at the parts diagrams and the roof is available as a separate part, but the diagram doesn't show any fasteners. Is the roof welded to the frame?

As I understand it the roof skin is welded on. I would plan on a reputable body shop doing this repair or pass on the vehicle.
