Default OEM Mudguard Installation

I recently ordered the factory mudguards from Discount Parts Monster for my 2019 NX F-Sport. Great price and genuine Lexus parts. I installed the drivers side front and rear and the rear passenger side, but the passenger front did not fit. I googled the part number and it says the part is only for models up to 2018. Has anyone had this issue on these parts? The other three fit well, but now I'm worried they could have been the wrong parts too. I checked the part number (PK389-78J00-TP) and it is right for my year and model.

I contacted DPM and they are investigating on their end. Any help/advice? Thanks!

Without further information it sounds like the right front mudguard they sent you is the wrong part. My opinion is based on the other 3 mudguards fit just fine.

I agree with 4482.
I installed mudguards on my 2019 (non-F Sport) and the right and left side mounting was identical.

I had the same problem, I ordered a 2019 mudguards for my 2019 From the dealer and the fronts didn’t fit. So they ordered the 2020 ones and fit perfect.

Interestingly my front drivers side did fit. It's the passenger side that does not.

Have pictures of how it doesn't fit?

Are we talking it doesn't line up at all or just simply "off" slightly? When I ordered mud guards for my wife's 18'. I got the ones specific for that, as the previous years bolt holes were different. Everything bolted on exactly as it should. If one doesn't match but the other do, it's very possible that the one that doesn't fit should have gone with the other kit.. IE: Mix up from the factory.
