For the NX300, 2019 year, what is the maximum depth that the doors can handle for the 6" speakers? I'm wanting to replace mine with some better ones but would prefer to not have to tear down the door first if someone already has this info available.

This post has the same NX as you he uses focal 165-k2p 6 1/2" speakers for the door.
