Default NX 200t / 300

Excusme my fellow NX owners. I need your help! Coming from the GX world I don't know anything about the NX generation 200t/300 when do they start or end. My daughter is ready to give my son her GX and we are looking to buy the NX. We just saw a 2016 200nt F Sport and that thing is a beauty. Are they all 4 cilynders and all wheel drive? looking to spend like $25k. 2017 or 18
Thank you for your time and info. TIA lookin

They are either 2.0L turbo or 2.5L Hybrid. You can get either FWD or AWD. While AWD is more common, a few FWD have showed up on my searches and are usually cheaper than AWD.

NX200t or NX300h is from years 2015-2017 then was renamed to NX300 or NX300h for 2018+.

If you had to choose between the 2017 or 2018, I'd go with the 2018 as those have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Infotainment is an NX weak point, but that's solved with CarPlay.

I wish we could her an 18 or the 300 but we already pushing it with 2017. I found one very nice with 30k miles, 1 owner for $28,500. question is...
Is worth it? the salesman is hanging on for dear life that it has the PCS and is a rare feature and expensive for the F sport. I thinking the most $27k

Obviously this is very dependent on your market. Do you need an F Sport? F Sport suspension tuning means it rides a little harder than the standard base, it's not necessarily better than base. If 2017 is pushing it, consider an off-lease 2016. Off-lease generally are between 26-30K miles so this should not be too rare. (It should say so in the Carfax) Cross-shop. The most important options in my opinion is the Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) and Parking Assist. Depending on the market, these should go between $23-26K for a low mileage variant.

Two 2016. 1 30k miles been in an accident + smoker and the other 35k miles heavy smoker, needs brakes. Both asking $25,500
so I don't mind pushing the 2k

I noticed the ones coming of the lease are the 2017s.

So I`d remove the 30k accident one out of your comp book, since dealers will point that out as a reason to stand their pricing ground. The other is fine. I`d use that as leverage to reduce price.

Find a couple others to see where the markets heading to. If theyre in the same vicinity +/- 2000 with similar exterior and history condition wise then you should be fine. Vehicle color combos are not important unless they were a one off takumi design studio etc
