Lexus (Japan) Headrest Coat Hanger

I did a thread search and didn’t find much information on this. It seems like a very nice OEM upgrade. Does anyone have this? It is only available in Japan.

I found one for a GS model. Under $100. Does anyone know if the headrest mounts are the same on the GS and the NX?
