I'm talking about the instant times from one gear to the next especially if using the paddle shifter like the more sportier lexus models like any of the F's or the lc500 etc. I know there's tunes for more power and higher rpms etc.. i'm just specifically interested in quicker "short shift" times changing the gears.

I've had experience with both the TTi and OVTune ECU tunes and can say that both are able to modify shift characteristics. Don't expect DCT levels of snappiness though.
