People can NOT hear me when I make or answer calls in bluetooth and apple carplay

UPDATE:
I called another dealer and spoke with their technology person. He said once the reboot/reset is done on the car, it will be fine ongoing!!!!! I told him the tech at the other dealer told me it could fail again. He said he has not seen any Lexus come back in to get another reset. Once the reset/reboot is done, you are good to go!!!! Also, I called Lexus directly. They called the dealer to see if they would cover the cost because my NX is out of warrantly. They said they would pay only half of the cost $727.43, plus take 10% off that and give me a loaner. I said nope, not paying it. Then I called Lexus Enform and asked them can they locate me, even though the SOS button is not working? They said they would send me a text with a link, then I would need to click on the link and then they would be able to locate me.

I had the same issue on my car 2019 NX 300 where no one could hear me on Bluetooth calls but I could hear them just fine. And I confirmed the SOS light was not on (it should be green). As part of troubleshooting, I tried to use voice commands but the car itself could not hear me so I knew it wasn't a Bluetooth or phone issue. So I disconnected the negative battery cable for an hour and reconnected it. Voila, that fixed the issue. I did get a warning light on the dash after about parking assist sensor not working but that resolved itself after taking it for a drive around the block. So one thing to check is the SOS light as mentioned above; if it's not lit and you're having microphone issues then disconnect the negative cable for 30 min to an hour.

I had the same and voice control couldn’t hear me neither. Just disconnected the minus from 12volt battery (back right in the trunk) for 5 minutes and everything works again…

First time poster here and I hope that I am in the correct Forum.
Starting about 3 months ago, I began to realize that when I make a phone call through my 2013 LX570 Bluetooth, everyone I called said that they couldn't hear me or that I was "breaking up". This is so frustrating! I did do a google search and saw to uninstall my phone from the truck and also the truck from my phone and reconnect. I did that and unfortunately, nothing has changed. Does anyone have the same problem and more importantly, a fix that I can do?
