Question NX oil on spark plug threads at 40k (pics)

Hi All,
2015 NX 200t. I got it last august with a whopping 19,000 miles on it from an older lady who just used it to go to coffee with her friends weekly or something; garage kept.

Now we're at 38,000 miles and I figured I'd do the 40k maintenance myself with the holiday weekend; the spark plugs.
I bought the OE NGK laser iridium blah blah blah.
Upon taking the old ones out I noticed some oil on the threads, which I understand is likely a valve cover gasket issue. A few questions;
1. Should I overall be concerned?
2. it's powertrain warranty is 70k miles or 6 years...this is just barely over, what's your experience at the dealer with things like this getting them to just do it?
3. I replaced the plugs with the new ones since they have crush washers on them, and kept the old plugs for the dealer, anything else i should do?
4. Any other thins i should be looking for given the idle nature of this very young car as I get some tune ins up?

Good news is going by the condition of the plugs your engine is running properly. You need a valve cover gasket job at some point, if it gets bad enough oil will ruin the ignition coils.

Pinging this one up - any other thoughts?

I spoke to a lexus mechanic and he said this is normal and not to worry...I am still worried and not sure I trust him.

Small Turbocharged engines put a lot of heat/stress on plugs. According to my shop buddy, it's really common to see oil residue on the threads and porcelain area of spark plugs. Do you actually see a leak on the valve cover?

Seems fine to me. don't over worry. it's just a car. replace the plugs and just move on with your life.
