Default Check service records for used NX?

I recently purchased a used 2016 NX with about 51K miles. Im about to take it in for the first service under my ownership. The previous owner took it in for service at 45K miles. I checked the Lexus drivers website and it said they did ''SERVICE: PERFORM 40,000 MILE SERVICE PER ATTACHED SHEET''. I just wanted to know if theres any way I can check if the spark plugs were replaced. It doesnt mention spark plugs in the service description, however it does say spark plugs are part of the 40k service in the owners manual. I bought the car off Carvana so theres no way to ask the previous owner directly. TIA

Review the CarFax report, it should reflect the service visit and ID the service center by name.
Call them and provide the date and VIN to get more details on the visit. They won't (shouldn't)
disclose the previous owner but could provide what you need.

It is highly unlikely that plugs were changed at such a low mileage. I would go under the assumption NOT CHANGED. The maintenance interval on plugs is a lot higher mileage than that.
If the car is running fine, don't sweat it. Honestly, I would consider changing them on the earlier side only to make sure they don't seize into the head making them a b*itch to remove.

Certainly, if it concerns you that much go ahead and change them early though. There are other maintenance items which would have a greater effect on the longevity of the vehicle such as oil changes, filter replacements, quality of gas you use, etc.

Yes, I was already aware of that in regards to "emissions" aspect. However, as far as the vehicle (how it runs & longevity) it wouldn't have an affect on it. It seemed to me he was concerned about the vehicle and how it was running.
I would highly doubt most people change the plugs at 40k. We have a 2020 NX ourselves. No way I'd change plugs at 40k.

To compare, my 2017 GS350 the interval for plugs "emission wise" is 60k ? Granted, 3.5 6 cyl vs 4 cyl turbo engine but still that's a pretty substantial difference.

I'm not saying I would wait until 100k on the plugs like some people, but even they ran the plugs that long and had no issues.

That is because turbo engines are much harder on plugs, this is a standard turbo maintenance trade off.
