Strange Engine behavior (Rev up to 2k then drops back down during a stop)
This happened few weeks ago and was one time occurrence, just wanting to see if anyone else experienced something similar.
Some basic detail: 2019 NX 300 F-Sport AWD, Brake-hold function was on during this incident
I came to a full stop at a red light, saw the Brake-hold lit up on the dashboard but my foot is still on brakes because I felted the car shaking.
I looked at the dashboard, the engine would rev up to 2k then drop down and then rev up again. (I assume this is what caused the shaking because it was cycling through almost like a heartbeat)
In the fear of the car would start moving I was too scared to take my foot off the brake, tried shifting into neutral but the situation remained the same.
This stopped after I started accelerating and never happened again.
