^ Correct. Main cooling system reservoir is by the radiator and the intercooler loop is the reservoir that's up high on the passenger side.

Thanks guys. would you know If I do a rad flush, when I drain from the bottom of the rad, will it drain both reservoirs and fill both when i fill again?

No, they are separate and independent of each other. They also do not share a radiator either.

Haven't done mine yet (dreading that day) but assuming typical toyota, look for the drain plugs on both the radiators or disconnect the lowest hoses. If you want to get every last drop out, run DI water through it then blow it out with a blower (I use the output of my wet/dry vac after cleaning it).

I'm cheap and old school so I jack the front up and add coolant slowly. Seem like the new way to do it is to use a vacuum tester and after a successful vacuum, just attach a hose to your new coolant jugs and let it suck itself full.

Where did you obtain the repair manual from? I've been searching high and low and I cannot locate it.
