Hello! First time poster, long time reader.

Ive got a 2015 Lexus nx200t that’s having servo issues. Drivers side blows HOT (not warm/ambient), Passenger side blows cool (not ice cold).

Lexus diagnostic shows a bevy of codes and they’re recommending servo motor 1 and 2 replacement for $2400.

Not sure why this wouldn’t be covered under TSB 20LE01, as it’s the servo motors used in the NX are the same part #’s used in the referenced TSB vehicles.

Could anyone provide helpful information or possible guidance on how to persuade Lexus to cover the NX in this TSB?
