Turn on fog lights individually

Most states have a Uniform Headlight Height law that dictates the minimum height of the primary headlights.
This is to maintain a consistent appearance of oncoming traffic, lower than expected lights would appear father away.
The intent of those laws and the related "no more that four (4) outward focused lights is for traffic safety.
Kind of a shame because it is the location so much lower than the driver's eye level that lets fog lights work
in the first place. Regular low beams reflect off the water droplets and dazzle your vision, low angle fog lights
light less of the side you see and thus reduce the glare.

So many idiots drive around with the fogs on constantly. They don’t actually know to use them only in the fog/poor weather. And illegal to use them within city limits (highway only here) and police will ticket here for improper use.
